Rapid Support Technician

This is not a generic back-room IT role. It is hands-on, customer-facing, highly visible work for someone who likes solving technical problems quickly and making people feel taken care of.

No Two Days Are The Same

This is a field-based role with real variety. One day you might be speeding up a home laptop in Okotoks, the next you could be troubleshooting a small business network in Calgary or Edmonton, or setting up devices for a family in Airdrie.

Technical And Customer-Facing

You need strong technical instincts, but people skills matter just as much. Our technicians explain things clearly, build trust quickly, and make customers feel looked after from the first hello to the final fix.

What You'll Do

Handle a wide mix of hardware, software, printer, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues for homes and small businesses.

Travel to client locations, deliver on-site support, and jump into remote sessions when that is the fastest solution.

Work in a fast-paced environment where urgency, clear thinking, and calm communication matter every day.

Speak with customers in a way that is professional, reassuring, and easy to understand without unnecessary jargon.

Manage your service calls independently while still staying closely connected to a supportive team.

Represent a locally owned, woman-owned company that puts people first and takes pride in doing the job properly.

Document your work clearly so the customer experience stays smooth and the team stays aligned as we grow.

Basic Requirements

CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft certifications are strong assets.

Hands-on troubleshooting ability across Windows devices, printers, networks, and everyday IT issues.

Strong communication skills and genuine comfort working face-to-face with customers all day.

A valid driver's licence is required because this role involves travelling to client locations.

You should be energized by a fast-moving environment where initiative, reliability, and follow-through matter.
